Blepharoplasty corrects sagging eyelids and bags above and below the eyes. The "puffy"� look of undereye bags and heavy upper lids is caused by fat and sometimes impairs vision if left untreated. When blepharoplasty is required to improve the patient's vision, it may be covered by medical insurance.

• Length: 1-3 hours (both eyelids)
• Recovery: Patients may resume reading within 2-3 days and may return to work in 7-10 days. Contact lenses should not be worn for at least 2 weeks. Strenuous activities may be resumed after 3 weeks.
• Results: Results last for several years.
